Today is the 3rd day of the riots in London which began in northern Tottenham. It began with a small police protest over the shooting of Mark Duggan, which turned into a riot. Many claim another source of the looting and riots is from free SMS texts and instant messaging through BlackBerry and Twitter. Police cars and a double-decker bus were set on fire while several buildings were being looted in the Tottenham area. The Olympic Council is concerned about London’s security as they will host the 2012 Olympic Games.
